Remodel existing Kitchen. Prepare and obtain permit as necessary, permit fee cost not included in bid. Tear out existing kitchen cabinets, counter-tops, sink, floor covering, stove and refrigerator and remove to outside. Repair minor drywall damage or replace as necessary. Furnish and install wall and base cabinets with drawer and door hardware, including sink base. Install laminate counter-tops with 4" back-splash and sink cutout. Install sink and faucet that is chosen by the client. Replace switches and lights in existing locations as necessary. Furnish and install electric range in same location or as customer chooses. Install garbage disposal on existing circuit and plumbing. Install dishwasher and install refrigerator with waterline to ice-maker. Install 3/8" plywood underlayment and sheet vinyl laid in adhesive, including 4" base or otherwise chosen by the client. Or install ceramic or porcelain tile over either 5/8" CDX plywood or 1/2" cement board, thin set mortar, set tile, grout and seal as required. Prime room as necessary and paint with 2 coats of top quality semi-gloss enamel. Remove old cabinets, fixtures appliances and trash from premises and final clean-up, dumping fee not included.
